In order to attend a VTC, you must: (1) have internet access, (2) have a computer with microphone and speaker set-up utilizing a headset or other low feedback system, (3) download WebEx player before entering training, and (4) have a working email address in your BWC Learning Center account to ensure we are able to contact you with details including the WebEx URL. iPads, Android tablets, and cell phones have limited WebEx functionality and we DO NOT recommend their use for virtual training.
