Course Objective #2: Participants will be able to name at least 3 measurable outcomes achieved by the featured Alliance member organizations following technology transformation and describe how those outcomes connected to mission delivery. Course Objective #3: Participants will be able to list at least 3 common barriers to technology transformation in nonprofit settings and identify one practical strategy for addressing each barrier within their own organization.
