DescriptionLocation An Executive order and subsequent Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requires federal contractors to enroll and use E-Verify in electronically verifying the employment eligibility of employees working under federal contracts containing the Employment Verification Eligibility Clause (a.k.a. FAR E-Verify clause). The order and the rule reinforce Federal government policy that the Federal government partners only with organizations that employ a legal workforce.
