This session explores empowered leadership as a strategic approach to expanding influence through others rather than relying on individual control. Participants will examine the difference between delegation and empowerment, explore how leaders build capacity through mentorship and intentional development, and identify practical ways to create shared ownership while maintaining clear expectations and accountability. The session will also address how coaching, feedback, and reciprocal growth strengthen leadership effectiveness, support employee development, and prepare emerging leaders for greater responsibility. Participants will consider how intentional leadership development and succession planning contribute to organizational continuity, resilience, and long-term performance.
