Conflict is inevitable in organizations—but how it is handled determines whether it becomes a barrier or a catalyst for stronger relationships and better outcomes. This interactive, in‑person workshop equips participants with practical tools to navigate conflict confidently and constructively across multiple workplace scenarios. Designed with nonprofit environments in mind, the session addresses internal conflict and personal triggers, conflict with colleagues and external partners, challenging dynamics with supervisors, and team conflict that leaders or supervisors are responsible for mediating. Participants will explore how emotions, communication styles, and power dynamics influence conflict and learn strategies to respond thoughtfully rather than reactively. Through guided discussion, real‑world scenarios, and applied exercises, attendees will build the skills needed to engage in difficult conversations, reduce tension, and foster healthier, more productive working relationships. While tailored for nonprofit professionals, the tools and strategies shared are relevant for anyone seeking to strengthen their conflict resolution skills.
