AIDET Communication Meeting Framework™ Learning Objectives: Enhance Communication Effectiveness Participants will learn to apply the AIDET framework to improve communication in diverse professional settings, such as 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and cross-functional collaboration. Through interactive exercises, they will develop skills to communicate messages clearly and concisely while addressing the concerns of others. Develop Conflict Resolution Skills Participants will explore techniques to manage conflicts, focusing on strategies such as collaboration, compromise, and avoidance. The workshop will enable participants to effectively resolve conflicts and improve team dynamics using trust-building techniques and negotiation tactics like interest-based bargaining. Strengthen Leadership and Influence Participants will gain insights into leadership theories—such as transformational and situational leadership—and their practical applications in communication. They will also learn to use influence and persuasion techniques (e.g., rational persuasion, leading by example) to motivate and guide their teams effectively. Apply Nonverbal and Verbal Communication Skills The course will emphasize the importance of nonverbal communication, such as eye contact and body language, and its role in building trust and rapport.
