At the conclusion of the 2026 IPAC Excellence in Assessment Summit, participants will be able to: Identify strategies for building leadership influence and professional credibility through expertise, communication, relationship-building, and effective decision-making. Describe approaches for developing and strengthening assessment functions that align assessment practices with organizational needs and stakeholder expectations. Apply principles for increasing the organizational impact of assessment practices, including the use of assessment at the executive and leadership levels. Recognize workplace factors that can contribute to challenging or toxic environments and identify strategies for maintaining professional resilience and effectiveness in those environments. Identify people-centered leadership practices that support productive relationships, collaboration, and positive workplace experiences.
