The Purpose Driven Leadership Training program is designed to enhance leaders' abilities to inspire and engage their teams by fostering self-awareness and effective management skills. Participants begin by reflecting on their own trustworthiness and its impact on team dynamics, emphasizing the foundational role of trust in leadership. Through the DiSC® assessment, leaders identify their personal communication styles and learn to adapt to others, promoting stronger workplace relationships. The program also incorporates the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessment, enabling participants to recognize and manage their own emotions while understanding those of their colleagues. Additionally, leaders acquire techniques for providing constructive feedback and conducting coaching conversations, tailored to motivate employees across various development stages. Interactive group activities and peer discussions offer practical experience in addressing real-world challenges, preparing leaders to foster trust and accountability within their teams.

The Purpose Driven Leadership Training program incorporates a variety of activities designed to help leaders develop the self-awareness and practical skills necessary to inspire and engage their teams effectively. Participants begin by reflecting on their own trustworthiness in the Leadership Essentials activity, understanding how it impacts team dynamics and fostering a foundation of trust within their teams. In the Masterful Communication session, participants take the DiSC® assessment to identify their personal communication styles and learn strategies to adapt to others, enhancing workplace relationships. The program also includes an Emotional Intelligence activity, where leaders use the Emotional Intelligence 2.0 assessment to gain insights into recognizing and managing their own emotions while understanding the emotions of others to improve interpersonal interactions. Through Giving Feedback & Coaching Conversations, participants learn different models for providing feedback and conducting coaching discussions that foster better performance and growth. In One Size Does Not Fit All, leaders explore how to tailor their management styles to motivate employees at different stages of development. Finally, the program includes Skills Practice, where participants engage in interactive group activities and peer-led discussions. These exercises allow them to apply the concepts learned to real-world scenarios, practicing challenging conversations that build trust and accountability within their teams. Through these varied activities, the training equips leaders with the tools to create more engaged, high-performing teams.
