Apply at least two practical strategies to reduce the influence of assumptions and perceptions in professional interactions and decision-making.

Perceptions influence how we communicate, collaborate and lead—often without our awareness. Perceptions in Practice equips professionals with the awareness and practical strategies needed to recognize how assumptions, implicit bias and lived experiences affect workplace interactions and organizational outcomes. In this self‑paced, online course, you’ll explore the difference between intent and impact, examine how implicit and explicit assumptions show up in everyday professional situations and practice evidence‑based strategies to reduce their influence. Through guided reflection, real‑world examples and applied learning, you’ll strengthen self‑awareness, improve communication and foster trust, respect and belonging at work.
