The Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile® (EMP) is a validated online assessment designed to measure and develop key skills and personality traits crucial for driving innovation, adaptability and strategic growth within organizations. Designed for coaches, consultants, trainers and educators who wish to use the EMP with their own clients or students, EMP Certification ensures that you have a clear understanding of the EMP's development, interpretation and application. The process for becoming an EMP Certified Practitioner process takes about 8-10 hours to complete, including the live, online workshop. EMP Certification involves taking the EMP for yourself, completing a small amount of pre-workshop assignments, participating in a 3.75-hour live, online workshop with a Senior Master Trainer, administering a trial EMP and completing a 30-40 minute follow-up session via web meeting.
