By participating in AI Mastery for Profitability, HR professionals will be able to: 1. Explain foundational AI and automation concepts and identify AI tools relevant to HR functions such as employee communication, talent development, performance management, and HR operations, in alignment with Business Acumen and Technology Management competencies. 2. Demonstrate effective AI prompting techniques to generate HR marketing content (e.g., job postings, benefits communications), employee resources, and training materials, aligned with Learning & Development, Communication, and Talent Acquisition. 3. Develop AI-assisted workflows and tools (e.g., chatbots, templates) to streamline HR processes and support broader organizational needs (e.g., cross-functional collaborations with Marketing, Operations, Finance), aligned with Consultation, Organizational Effectiveness, and Workforce Management. 4. Analyze AI’s potential to enhance employee experience and improve productivity, while identifying potential risks (e.g., bias, privacy issues), and evaluating AI's return on investment (ROI) for HR and organizational goals, aligned with Business Acumen, Risk Management, and Ethical Practice. 5. Communicate AI strategies, benefits, and ethical considerations to leadership, employees, and cross-functional peers, aligned with Leadership & Navigation and Advising on HR Solutions. 6. Create a personal AI action plan for ongoing professional growth, including identifying AI learning needs for HR teams and collaborating with other departments on AI initiatives.

Interactive and Experiential Learning Activities for HR Professionals: AI Mastery for Profitability is a hands-on, practical program where HR participants apply AI tools directly to HR-specific functions and learn to collaborate across departments. The focus is on real-world application, strategic leadership, and peer collaboration, with all exercises designed to be immediately actionable. ________________________________________ 1. AI Prompting Labs for HR Communication and Marketing: Participants will write and refine AI prompts to create HR communications, including: • Employee benefit updates. • Job postings and recruitment ads. • Internal newsletters and leadership messages. • Culture and employer brand content. Participants will share examples and get feedback, learning to tailor AI prompts for HR-specific outcomes. (BASK: Communication, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition) ________________________________________ 2. AI Tools for HR and Workforce Productivity: Participants will test AI tools (e.g., Fathom, Fireflies, Canva AI, ChatGPT) to: • Summarize and prepare meeting notes for HR leadership. • Draft onboarding guides and FAQ documents. • Build HR analytics reports with AI-generated insights. Participants will discuss how AI tools used in Marketing, Operations, and Finance can be adapted or monitored by HR to understand their impact on employees. Designing Custom GPTs for HR Processes and Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Participants will design AI tools like custom chatbots to: • Automate HR responses (e.g., FAQs about policies, benefits). • Support new hire onboarding with AI-guided journeys. • Assist managers with performance review prompts. They will also learn how to share these tools with peers in Marketing, Operations, and Finance, helping HR lead AI adoption collaboratively. Measuring AI Impact and Addressing Risks Workshop: Participants will assess AI’s impact on HR and employee productivity, learning to: • Measure AI ROI on HR workflows. • Address ethical issues (e.g., AI bias in recruiting). • Develop guidelines for responsible AI use in HR.
