Learning Outcomes: This train-the-trainer program is designed for anyone who wants to help others become better team members, team leaders, or managers of teams. Participants learn how to facilitate the CQ for Teams workshop, a highly interactive program that provides participants with proven strategies for optimizing collaboration across cultural differences (multinational, generational, ethnic, organizational, etc.). The workshop covers differences in people’s behavioral preferences (sometimes referred to as cultural values) as well as how to apply the CQ model for working in diverse cultural settings. Participants receive and share vivid examples and best practices for using Cultural Intelligence to enhance team processes and outcomes. They develop an action plan for improving their Cultural Intelligence personally and in their teams. Published, peer-reviewed research on Cultural Intelligence is the basis of the recommendations for the successful application of CQ in teams.
