Change Fatigue Is Not Resistance is a live, interactive professional development program that helps HR professionals and people leaders distinguish employee resistance from depleted capacity, uncertainty, low trust, workload pressures, and role ambiguity during organizational change. Participants will examine common signals of change fatigue and explore how repeated or poorly managed change can affect employee capacity and workplace behavior. The program examines capacity, clarity, trust, and workload as signals leaders can use to better understand what employees are experiencing during change. Through facilitated instruction, workplace scenarios, discussion, and application exercises, participants will learn how leadership communication, pacing, and response strategies can reduce unnecessary change friction. Participants will leave with practical tools including a change-fatigue signal map, leader conversation prompts, and a change capacity checklist.
