- Analyze and articulate key theories and practices of Systemic Team Coaching, demonstrating understanding through written assessments and case study analyses. - Apply the Systemic Team Coaching process in a simulated environment, demonstrating the ability to contract with a client system, assess team needs, design and implement coaching strategies, and facilitate a learning review, as evidenced by a practical coaching simulation exercise. - Learn the Systemic Team Coaching process through which the coach contracts with the client system, builds deep awareness of the team’s needs, shapes, designs and undertakes the coaching work, and facilitates learning review. - Evaluate and differentiate between groups and teams, and critically compare Systemic Team Coaching with other forms of team development. - Apply and demonstrate proficiency in the Hawkins' 5 Disciplines Model of team coaching by executing each discipline - Commissioning, Clarifying, Co-Creating, Connecting, and Core Learning and reflecting on the effectiveness of these activities through a structured debrief - Analyze and formulate strategies to address the implications of team coaching on coaching contracts, with a focus on confidentiality aspects when the team is the client. This should be demonstrated through the creation of your own sample coaching contract that effectively incorporates these considerations - Examine and evaluate different models of group functioning through live interactive sessions, and synthesize learning by developing a comprehensive report that compares and contrasts these models based on the live experiences. - Demonstrate the ability to use 'Self as Instrument' by actively employing physical senses, rational thought, intuition, and body-sense in a coaching scenario, and reflect on the effectiveness of these tools in a self-assessment report. - Apply the High Value Creating Team Questionnaire and the Team Connect 360 diagnostic in a simulated team coaching scenario, and critically evaluate their effectiveness in gathering relevant data. - Design and conduct a virtual team coaching session, utilizing appropriate digital tools and techniques, and assess its effectiveness through participant feedback and self-reflection. - Develop and deliver a persuasive presentation that effectively conveys the value of team coaching to a potential client partner, and evaluate its impact based on client feedback and self-assessment. - Implement the core concepts of Systemic Team Coaching in a practical coaching project, and analyze the outcomes to determine the effectiveness of these concepts, documented. - Create a comprehensive Systemic Team Coaching contract for a client team, demonstrating an understanding of essential components and considerations, and justify the structure of the contract. - Use the Hawkins’ Five Disciplines model in structuring an inquiry into team functioning, in helping the team shape its development journey and in shaping team coaching interventions. - Participate in and critically reflect on various simulations in a Learning Laboratory setting to understand team and group dynamics. - Implement the Team Connect 360 diagnostic to analyze team functioning, interpret and present the findings in a comprehensive report, and obtain the necessary license to use this tool in professional practice. - Engage in a series of leadership development exercises to refine your personal leadership style, enhance self-awareness and confidence, and demonstrate these qualities in a team coaching scenario.x2

The aim of this course is to guide you beyond the Team Development Essentials Program, where you are coaching the team through the team leader or starting out with your own teams. In Practitioner, you learn how to effectively convey “why team coaching” to a potential client partner. From there, learn or expand your practice by coaching a team using the Five Disciplines of high value creating teams and SIDER, a model for scoping, contracting and delivering team coaching work. You will expand your range of approaches you can use when coaching teams, and the authority, presence and impact that you bring to your team coaching relationships. Develop the readiness, confidence and impact you need to be a successful team coach.
