Apply mission-driven and servant-leadership principles when building and managing high-performing teams. 3. Identify financial tools, educational resources, technology, and business-support services that can strengthen organizational performance. 4. Align employees, business resources, and operational decisions with the organization’s mission and long-term goals. 5. Develop practical next steps for improving efficiency, financial stability, team performance, and sustainable business growth.

Participants will complete a guided mission-to-growth exercise in which they identify one military-developed leadership strength and connect it to a current business challenge or opportunity. They will then outline a practical action step involving team leadership, financial planning, technology, education, security, or another business resource that supports their organization’s mission and long-term growth. Participants may share their selected strategy and discuss how it can improve organizational performance.
