The Burnout Blind Spot is a live, interactive professional development program that helps HR professionals and people leaders examine burnout through an organizational and workforce-performance lens. Participants will explore how burnout can appear through workplace signals such as disengagement, absenteeism, declining discretionary effort, increased mistakes, withdrawal, cynicism, manager overload, and turnover risk. The program moves beyond treating burnout solely as an individual wellness issue. Participants will examine how leadership practices, workload, team dynamics, organizational systems, workplace culture, and job design can contribute to employee burnout. Through facilitated instruction, practical workplace examples, discussion, and application exercises, participants will learn a diagnostic approach for identifying potential causes of burnout and determining appropriate organizational interventions. Participants will leave with practical tools and strategies they can apply within their organizations to recognize burnout risk earlier and support healthier, more engaged, and higher-performing workplaces.
