Explore individual team roles(1) ● Learn the logic of Team Role report ● Understand the importance of team member feedback to self-knowledge and teamwork. Explore individual team roles(2) ● Know your role and contribution in the team, and discover your blind spots and strengths. ● Effect of personal behaviors style on organization culture – positive culture and negative culture. Understand the roles of other team members ● Individual profile sharing. ● Make working pairs taking into account possible self weakness, enhance working efficiency within pairing. Day 2 Team role opposite and conflict ● Deepen the understanding of the roles of different teams ● Found 4 pairs of opposing team roles ● Understand the cause of conflicts Handle team interactions ● Understand that different job relationships lead to different teamwork relationships ● Identify risks in interactions and be able to handle a conflict to a good result.
