Be able to apply a structured 4-step framework to solicit specific, actionable feedback from various organizational levels (peers, subordinates, and leadership). Learn techniques through group discussion and reflection for "feedback stewardship" to ensure contributors feel heard and valued, increasing future engagement. Analyze the psychological barriers that prevent honest upward feedback and implement strategies to mitigate them.

In many organizations, the "feedback gap" exists because we wait for others to speak up rather than proactively opening the door. When feedback is solicited effectively, we create a sense of trust and safety in providing honest feedback that will be useful for the receiver. This workshop flips the traditional feedback script, shifting the focus from giving to seeking. Participants will master a high-impact 4-step framework designed to lower the "threat response" in others and encourage genuine candor. Beyond just asking for input, we explore the responsibility of stewardship of that feedback as well: how to process, acknowledge, and act on feedback to build a culture of transparency and trust. Available via in-person or online formats.
