Law of the Lid & Law of Influence • Understand how leadership ability determines effectiveness (Law of the Lid) • Explore how influence—not position—is the true measure of leadership (Law of Influence) • Group discussion: Identify examples of high and low leadership lids in your organization 3. Law of Process & Law of Solid Ground • Recognize how leadership develops daily, not in a day (Law of Process) • Understand the role of trust in creating a solid foundation (Law of Solid Ground) • Activity: Leadership timeline mapping and trust inventory 4. Law of Addition & Law of Empowerment • Learn how great leaders serve others by adding value (Law of Addition) • Discuss barriers to empowerment and how to remove them (Law of Empowerment) • Pair exercise: Share a recent moment when you empowered someone—or didn’t 5. Law of Legacy & Law of Connection • Explore how leaders create lasting impact beyond their tenure (Law of Legacy) • Practice techniques for connecting with others before leading them (Law of Connection) • Journaling prompt: What do I want my leadership legacy to be? 6. Wrap-Up & Action Plan • Choose 3 laws to focus on over the next 60 days • Design a leadership growth plan with specific actions and accountability • Engage in peer coaching to refine plans and encourage ongoing development
