Participants will strengthen their MD-110–mandated investigative competencies by reviewing the full EEO investigative process, discrimination theories, models of proof, evidence collection, interviewing techniques, disability and harassment case analysis, retaliation considerations, and preparation of impartial, well-organized investigative reports and files.
