The 12 Week Program Week 1 – Introduction to the program - behavioural model Week 2 – Operating Systems Week 3 – Brain Anatomy Week 4 – Neuro-chemicals Week 5 – Neuroplasticity Week 6 – Neurogenesis Week 7 – Enriched Environments Week 8 – Limiting Beliefs and Framing Week 9 – Cognitive Biases Week 10 – Compensations and Obsessions Week 11 – Projections and Ego Week 12 – Summary and Conclusion There are two versions of the program.
