After completing this session, participants will be able to: Explain the structure and purpose of WIN Work Ready Assessments, including the shift from Skill Levels to Achievement Levels. Compare O*NET Job Zones with WIN Learning Achievement Levels to better align job requirements with validated competency benchmarks. Understand the components and value of Work Ready Credentials for workforce readiness and candidate evaluation. Describe the WIN Job Analysis Process, including the distinct roles and responsibilities of employers and SMEs. Identify the skill areas measured by WIN Work Ready Assessments—Math, Reading, and Data—and interpret their Achievement Levels. Understand the purpose and structure of the Soft Skills Survey and Digital Literacy Skills Inventory as additional readiness tools. Follow the correct next‑step procedures to complete and submit a WIN Job Analysis Request Form to SCDEW.

Participants will examine the three core assessment areas—Work Ready Math, Work Ready Reading, and Work Ready Data—along with WIN’s Soft Skills Survey and Digital Literacy Skills Inventory. The session concludes with a review of next steps and the process for submitting a WIN Job Analysis Request Form to SCDEW.
