The Kolb Experiential Learning Profile Certification Program is a virtual, practice-based training that includes hands-on application, coaching techniques, and interactive learning. • Four interactive three-hour live online sessions based on experiential learning principles held weekly (Wednesday from 8:00-11:00 am EDT from July 9 through July 30, 2025 • Individual coaching session to identify personal learning objectives and debrief KELP • Asynchronous flipped classroom for content delivery • Guided practice in administering and debriefing the KELP assessment • Practicum to demonstrate learning and receive feedback from coachee, observers, and faculty • Sample program designs for coaching, training, and leadership development • A structured debrief process for reviewing and interpreting KELP results • Ongoing access to the KELP Community of Practice for continued learning and best practice sharing • Digital Badge & Certification from the Institute for Experiential Learning, displayed on LinkedIn and professional profiles
