What would your day-to-day look like if you consistently did all the things you know would improve your performance? "Do What You Know" tackles the common struggle of bridging the gap between knowledge and action by focusing on practical strategies for applying what we know to real-life situations. Through guided reflection, hands-on activities, and targeted goal-setting, participants will learn a practical focused approach for putting knowledge into action. Key features of this workshop include: Reflective Self-Advice Exercises: Participants will engage in activities that encourage self-reflection, enabling them to draw upon their own insights and experiences to identify areas where they can turn knowledge into action. Two-Week Focus Cycles: By concentrating on one specific action or habit for two-week intervals, participants will experience the impact of focused, sustained effort. These cycles create a habit of actionable progress and allow participants to adapt their approach based on their experiences. Feedforward Activity: This future-oriented feedback exercise will empower participants to give and receive constructive, actionable suggestions aimed at forward progress, promoting a supportive environment of accountability. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan, designed to break down the barriers between knowing and doing, making it easier to apply insights in a way that brings meaningful, lasting results.
