Attendees will gain insight into newly enacted statutes, key court decisions, and emerging legal trends at both the federal and Minnesota state levels. Issues covered include 1) What does it all mean? 2) What does it mean to my organization? 3) Why should I care? 4) What is the business case? 5) How do I make this happen? and 6) Where do I start? It will include business strategy, recruitment strategy, organizational culture, accommodations, and giving people what they need.
