You're Registered!
Participants will engage in facilitated equine-partnered learning activities focused on leadership effectiveness, communication, collaboration, accountability, and team dynamics. Through structured individual and group exercises involving horses, participants receive immediate, unbiased feedback on their leadership presence, communication approach, and ability to work effectively with others. Co-facilitators Jennifer Massey and Katie Navarra Bradley guide participants through experiential problem-solving exercises, facilitated discussion, reflection activities, and workplace application planning designed to connect learning outcomes directly to leadership and team challenges within their organizations.
