Content: the labor market 2026 vs 2040; the Ontology of Value® model and validated psychometric assessment; principles of good practice and core competencies in career advisory (the Top-Down protocol: competitive advantage, product-market fit, go-to-market strategy, metrics, achievable goals); and case work on a workbook of 25 realistic client profiles. Concludes with a written exam.
