DescriptionLocation This 1 hr session is designed to be interactive, practical, and grounded in real construction scenarios. Participants will engage in guided discussion and quick-hit exercises that mirror the challenges HR leaders face on jobsites and in the office. Through short case examples, attendees will identify what effective frontline leadership looks like—and what it doesn’t. The session includes a brief self-assessment to evaluate how participants currently “show up” as HR leaders, followed by a facilitated discussion on common breakdowns in communication, trust, and accountability. Participants will also work through a real-world scenario (e.g., handling a supervisor conflict, addressing a policy violation, or responding to a culture issue) and determine how to respond as a “lead from the front” HR professional.
