This instructor-led activity provides HR professionals with a facilitated, experiential learning environment to explore employee experience and workforce sustainability in today’s evolving workplace. Participants engage in structured activities and guided discussion to examine how HR practices, leadership behaviors, and organizational systems influence engagement, trust, and well-being amid AI adoption, continuous change, and increasing workload demands. The session emphasizes systems thinking and human-centered HR design, helping participants recognize points of friction, fatigue, and opportunity across the employee experience. Participants collaboratively explore practical interventions that support people and performance without increasing burnout risk or operational complexity. All activities are designed to encourage reflection, dialogue, and application while maintaining confidentiality and professional boundaries. Examples used during the session are hypothetical, anonymized, or composite in nature, and participants are instructed not to disclose proprietary or identifiable organizational information.
