Replacing “I” with “We” – From Illness to Wellness in Whole Person Mental Health: Mental health has been a trending market topic and employers are concentrating on mental health programs for employees now more than ever. But what strides have been made for patients? Is there quantifiable improvement in not just access, but outcomes? We will talk about the state of mental health as a workplace community problem (not just an individual health problem), about the connection between mental and physical health, and how engaging employees in their health with virtual care solutions can reliably improve physical and mental health metrics. Session 1 – Population Health: A Holistic Approach to Cultivating a “Wellthy” Workplace Addressing both financial wellness and behavioral health is crucial for promoting comprehensive wellness. By recognizing their interconnectedness and implementing strategies to improve both areas, individuals can enhance their overall well-being and lead healthier lives. Our industry and clinical leaders will share market insights and strategies for employers to support the needs of their diverse workforce with comprehensive wellness, financial wellness and behavioral health solutions to improve outcomes, retention and overall wellbeing. Session 2 – Pharmacy: Planning for the Future of Rising Costs Rising drugs costs and approval of several high-cost specialty drugs by the FDA over the next few years, require employers to evaluate creative solutions to combat increasing drug spend. A panel of pharmacy experts will provide an overview of innovative pharmacy benefit solutions that can work with your strategy. Session 3 – Network and Plan Design: Traditional PPO networks fail to guide members to the most efficient setting of care. Members can be adversely affected by paying higher cost for less effective care. A panel of experts will provide an overview of network and plan design solutions that can channel healthcare delivery to more efficient settings, reducing costs and offering richer benefits.
