Why don’t more people understand and improve their emotional intelligence? EQ has been proven to be more important than IQ in being successful. In this program the foundations of EQ are explored and applied to improving one’s own EQ to build better relationships with colleagues and clients. At the end of the session the audience will have more self-awareness and understand its role in improving EQ, understand the importance of EQ in work relationships, and have strategies for responding to emotions in the workplace. Speaker Abrahams has experience in all aspects of professional development, client relationship building, business development techniques, communication skills, and management/leadership development training and has authored multiple books and articles on these topics.
