In August 2023, the BC Nurses' Union partnered with The Menopause Foundation of Canada to examine the impact of menopause on nurses' work and careers. This presentation will share the study findings, highlight the legitimate workplace challenges caused by unmanaged symptoms, and explore strategies for employers to create workplaces that support and accommodate all peri-menopausal and menopausal women.
