The objective of this Virtual and Face to Face Training is to create an awareness in participants that they play a role in the organization's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion culture and to help them to self-identify their role. Participants will review the PCIHO framework, respond to prompts / questions that they either answer on their own, with a partner, or as a group. Role - what role they believe they are playing in their organization and how playing that role serves them and their team. Purpose - what they see as their purpose within the organization as it relates to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and what their desired outcome is for this training. Motivations - what they believe is motivating them in the role in which they self-identify. Self-Talk and Behavior - what beliefs they hold that are driving their self-talk and behavior with regards to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Change Driven Actions - what changes they intend to make as a result of this training
