The Virtual Certified Mediator (VCM) in Workplace Conflict Resolution program is ideal for HR Professionals, Mediators, Ombudsman and related professionals within an organization who want to be certified in advanced workplace mediation and who have already completed MTI’s Virtual Certified Trainer (VCT) or Certified Trainer (CT) program. The VCM is an interactive online curriculum that is the equivalent of the final two days of our in-person, 5-day Certified Mediator & Trainer (CMT) in Workplace Conflict Resolution Program. To become a VCM, you must have already completed MTI’s CT program and attend both days (morning and afternoon sessions) along with meeting all other requirements. All participants must have access to a monitor (to follow along with the training presentation) and a working webcam, speaker and microphone (connecting via phone can also be used for audio) to actively participate in each session.
