Through foundational instruction and extensive applied practice, participants build fluency in the constructs Wonderlic measures—personality, cognitive abilities, and occupational interests—and learn to interpret results in the context of specific roles. The program develops two core capabilities: making objective, job-relevant selection decisions, and leading development conversations that connect individual strengths and effort to behaviorally specific, job-aligned goals. Participants practice results interpretation in guided rounds with peer and facilitator feedback, work through real hiring and development scenarios, explore their own results, and address the ethical and equitable use of assessment data.
