The role of the supervisor can be demanding and rewarding, all within the same day. It is a vital position that keeps the operation of any organization running fluidly. With the many moving parts that come along with this position, it is important to recognize what exactly the position entails. According to the Impact Achievement Group, "Supervisors are literally in the middle between the demands being placed on them by their leaders and the responsibility of managing a team or workgroup." This interactive, 2-day session, provides the participant with the information they need to be a successful Supervisor. While duties may differ depending on location or leadership style, all supervisors represent their organization and its core beliefs and values.
