Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to: • Identify communication behaviors that strengthen or undermine professional credibility and trust. • Adapt communication strategies to different audiences, workplace relationships, and situations. • Apply techniques for communicating clearly and confidently during challenging or high-stakes conversations. • Use listening, questioning, and response strategies to improve understanding and strengthen professional relationships. • Evaluate their own communication approach and identify opportunities to increase workplace influence and effectiveness. • Develop a practical communication strategy for applying course concepts in their workplace.
