This talk will discuss how to identify and support mental health issues in the workplace such as those due to ACES (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and using Mental Health First Aid to initiate conversations about mental health and direct employees and staff to the right resources. We will discuss mental health hygiene that can be promoted in the workplace and tools all HR managers should have to create environments supportive of mental health.
