Leading Humans: Mastering Relational Leadership for Team Success is a self-paced e-learning program exploring the relational side of leadership — the trust, communication, emotional safety, and connection through which people actually experience being led. Across six modules, participants examine what people need from leaders, how trust is built and repaired in everyday moments, how to adapt to different communication styles and perspectives, what drives genuine motivation and engagement, how to delegate in ways that develop ownership and confidence, and how recognition and team experience shape retention. Through video lessons, reflection exercises, leadership scenarios, and a workbook of guided application, the course helps leaders translate insight into daily behavior. Designed for new and experienced people-leaders across functions, it closes with a 30-day implementation plan for transferring the skills into sustained practice.
