It's designed to help you examine the relationship between identity and power, understand how oppression plays out historically and currently, and find your role in building a more just world. This course takes diversity, equity, and inclusion to the next level by examining the route causes of oppression and then identifying solidarity and resistance actions that can be implemented to move your work towards justice. In it, you will: Explore the relationship between identity and power and how they can be used to reinforce or dismantle social hierarchies. Take a deep look at the history and legacy of oppression in the U.S. Learn what resistance and solidarity look like in practice.
