This self-directed learning experience helps leaders strengthen mental fitness to improve decision-making, resilience, communication, and leadership effectiveness under pressure. Through guided learning, reflection exercises, daily practice, and application of Positive Intelligence® principles, participants learn to identify internal saboteurs, strengthen sage-based responses, and develop habits that support high performance, healthy relationships, and sustainable leadership success. Participants complete a self-directed 7-week Positive Intelligence® mental fitness program through the Positive Intelligence® platform. The experience includes an assessment debrief and onboarding session with Dr. Melinda C. Hill, PCC, followed by independent learning and application through the digital platform.
