DescriptionLocation The Top Gun Teamwork (TGT) Certified Facilitator Course is an inspirational program designed to help team leaders and team members learn to team effectively. Its ultimate aim: to help leaders build real teams that win! TGT achieves this aim by 1) Thoroughly preparing students to be able to take action—to “Learn by Doing”—through online preparation training; 2) Providing active support to students as they “Learn by Doing”—through weekly group coaching, and 3) Reinforcing student lessons by way of active journaling.
