This interactive workshop helps HR professionals and organizational leaders develop a practical, human-centered approach to AI adoption in the workplace. Participants will explore opportunities for responsible AI use across HR and workforce practices, evaluate where AI can add meaningful value, and consider the effects of implementation on employees, roles, skills, workflows, and organizational culture.
