By the end of this training, participants will be able to: identify main areas where creating change is difficult in senior living communities (example: food and dining, life enrichment, care planning). They will be able to describe practical strategies to foster enthusiasm and promote cultural shifts among employees and residents towards person-directed care, identifying key factors contributing to successful adoption of new ideas.
