This self-paced, e-learning course reviews the Pyramid Principle as a synthesis tool. It offers detailed explanations of the qualities of a sound storyline, and provides exercises to practise selecting and ordering information into robust arguments. It discusses the role of synthesis within the McKinsey problem-solving process, clarifying its role as the link between analysis and communication, and introduces different approaches to moving from storylines to actual communication.
