Participants will gain: - Immersive Learning in DEIB History. They will dive into the rich history of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. They will explore the evolution of DEIB, gaining a deep understanding of how legislation and social movements inform current practices and strategies in today’s workplaces. - Global Perspectives on DEIB. They will compare and contrast DEIB practices across different cultural contexts and expand their understanding of how DEIB challenges and solutions vary locally and globally. Approach DEIB with a nuanced, global perspective at home and abroad. - Practical Application of DEIB Metrics & Benchmark. They will learn to set, measure, and evaluate DEIB within their organization. This experience will equip them with the skills to track progress effectively, ensuring that their DEIB initiatives are both impactful and sustainable. - Exploration of Culture and Its Impacts. They will uncover the biases, assumptions, beliefs, and values that are embedded in and shape organizational cultures. Through this exploration, they will gain insights into how cultural norms shape behaviors and practices, and learn strategies to create inclusion in the workplace. - Hands-On Strategy Development. Participants will obtain hands-on experience in developing DEIB strategies. By participating in the InCDP program, they will develop a comprehensive DEIB Strategic Plan tailored to their organizational needs. This hands-on experience will allow them to apply what they have learned throughout the course, ensuring they leave with a practical, actionable steps to foster inclusivity at work.

The Inclusive Culture Strategy Certified Diversity Professional (InCDP) program provide a comprehensive foundation in organizational culture and DEIB, equipping participants with the skills to support or lead in the design, building, and sustaining of inclusive organizational cultures. The program draws on a wide-range of perspectives in business cultures, intercultural communication, systemic inequities, ethnographic research methods, and change management approaches to help participants develop impactful DEIB strategies locally and around the world. Through completing this course, participants will gain foundational knowledge and skills to design inclusive organizational cultures. They will develop competency in organizational culture theories and ethnographic methods, the history of DEIB in the United States, research-driven strategies for implementing DEIB strategies globally and custom to any organization, qualitative and quantitative methods, and DEIB metrics and evaluation methods. At the end of the course, they will be able to assess organizational culture, equity, and inclusion and to identify areas for growth; build DEIB strategies to create sustainable change; and evaluate the efficacy and return on investment of efforts designed to create more inclusive work environments.
