This course is a program for HR professionals who can speak and understand Japanese for 4 months. Through this course, participants are able to learn strategic HRM systematically and academically, HRM principles and build networking with other HR professionals.

1. Activity cycle is reading before the webinar, lecture and discussion on the day, reviewing and posting in the community, answer the quiz. 2. All lectures will be conducted via Webinar. If you miss the lecture due to unavoidable circumstances, we will share the video recording (limited access) with you. 3. On the day of the lecture, we focus on the discussion and review and quiz post-lecture. The post-lecture review and quiz will help balance input and output. 4. at Day 7, we invite HR executives at the company or professors at Top Business Schools in the world. You will learn not only the theories but also how to practice HR Strategies in your organization. 5. As a final assignment, you will be asked to identify your company's issues and propose countermeasures in accordance with the principles of HRM. 6. After Day 8, we keep the community and you will communicate with participants of all terms as alumni.
