The 2026 Total Rewards Association of South Florida (TRASF) Annual Conference, “Human-Centered Rewards in the Age of AI,” will provide HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Total Rewards professionals with practical strategies for navigating the changing workplace while balancing employee needs, organizational objectives, emerging technology, compliance requirements, and financial constraints.

Upon completion of the conference, participants will be able to: • Evaluate emerging Total Rewards trends and identify strategies for optimizing compensation, benefits, employee experience, and workforce programs amid rising costs and constrained budgets. • Examine responsible and positive applications of artificial intelligence in HR and Total Rewards, including opportunities to improve efficiency, employee service, personalization, analytics, and decision-making while maintaining appropriate governance, security, compliance, and human oversight. • Apply employee data, analytics, listening strategies, and utilization information to better understand workforce preferences, measure program effectiveness, and make informed decisions about Total Rewards investments. • Assess evolving employee expectations related to workplace flexibility, hybrid and return-to-office policies, career development, pay transparency, financial wellness, engagement, and retention while balancing organizational and operational needs. • Explore how AI and technology can improve absence and leave management by reducing administrative friction, improving first-touch resolution and communication, and creating a more supportive employee experience during critical life events. • Identify emerging employment law and compliance risks for 2026/2027 and recognize HR practices, policies, and management decisions that may increase an employer’s exposure to claims and litigation. • Analyze strategies for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining talent, including upskilling, internal mobility, differentiated rewards, employee listening, and approaches designed for a multigenerational workforce. • Evaluate the effectiveness of an organization’s Employee Value Proposition and Total Rewards strategy using measures such as employee engagement, benefit utilization, candidate acceptance, retention, internal mobility, and other workforce outcomes. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to create more sustainable, data-informed, compliant, and employee-centered Total Rewards programs that leverage technology while preserving the human connection essential to a positive employee experience.
