By the end of this session, participants will be able to: • Identify workplace policies and jobsite practices that support women in field roles and contribute to improved safety, retention, and workforce engagement. • Describe the business case for inclusive jobsite cultures, including evidence linking belonging and psychological safety with performance and workforce stability. • Analyze how leadership behaviors, communication norms, and organizational culture influence the effectiveness of practices designed to support women and other underrepresented workers. • Evaluate gaps and opportunities within their organizations’ current jobsite practices using insights shared by panelists. • Apply practical strategies to strengthen jobsite inclusivity and develop actionable improvements that enhance team cohesion, talent retention, and long-term workforce sustainability.
