In this practical session, HR professionals and business leaders will learn how to recognize when a workplace concern may require investigation, define an appropriate investigation scope, gather information through neutral and effective interviews, and document findings in a way that supports fair decision-making. The program will focus on common investigation challenges HR encounters on the job, including complaints involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, bullying, workplace conduct concerns, reluctant or emotional witnesses, credibility disputes, and documentation pitfalls.
